JIMS CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This JIMS Card is issued by Jims Stekaout and may only be used for purchases at participating Jims Steakout restaurants. The available balance will be applied toward your purchase. We can only replace remaining balances on lost, stolen or damaged Cards if your Card is registered online at www.jimssteakout.com, and proof of purchase is provided. This Card never expires; we do not charge any fees of any kind. Currently, reward dollars do not expire however, Jims Stekaout reserves the right to change this policy and will give customers 30 days notice on this website. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
JIMS CARD REWARDS EARNINGS
1. Reward Dollars are earned for JIMS menu items when a JIMS
Card is activated in any Jims Steakout location. Cards must be
presented to the restaurant cashier.
2. Reward Dollars are not earned on sales tax, Cash Card purchases and
reloads, coupon and register discount redemptions, or purchases made
using Reward Dollars.
3. Reward Dollars will not be provided retroactively for past purchases.
4. Reward Dollars cannot be transferred to other individuals.
GENERAL
1. Rewards Cards must be presented at the time of the order.
2. Jims Steakout reserves the right to terminate or modify terms
under the Rewards Card Program at any time, by posting notice on this
website no less than 30 days before enforcing or implementing such changes.

Can I still use my old Jims Steakout Gift Card? (please remove

What is the Jims Card Rewards Program?
In the Rewards Card Program, customers earn 5¢ for every dollar
spent on Jims Steakout menu items. These Reward Dollars can then
be used as cash for future purchases. Reward Dollars cannot be redeemed
for cash.
How can I earn Reward Dollars?
Reward Dollars are automatically calculated and added to your account
at the time of purchase. You must present your Jims Card at the
time of purchase in order to earn Rewards. In the event the Jims
Steakout location is unable to load Reward Dollars onto your card due
to technical issues, you may mail in your receipt to have them added.
Complete the Request Form for Reward Dollars and then mail it, along
with your original receipt(s), to the address provided on the form.
Can Reward Dollars be earned when a Jims Card is loaded with
cash?
No, Reward Dollars are earned only when Jims Steakout menu items
are purchased.
What can I get with my Points? (please remove this heading and section)
How long will Reward Dollars last?
Currently, Reward Dollars do not expire. Jims Steakout reserves
the right to change this policy and will give customers one year notice.
How do I check my balance(s) and activity on my Jims Card?
You can check your Jims Card Cash or Rewards balance by:

My Jims Card was stolen, lost or damaged, what do I do?
Cash and Rewards cards should be treated as CASH. Unless the card is
registered at www.jimssteakout.com, we will not replace the reward dollars
you may have earned or the cash value on a lost card. If your Card is
registered, we will freeze the remaining unused balance and a replacement
Card will be issued.
To freeze the remaining unused balance on your Jims Card, call Jims Steakout corporate office during normal business hours at 716-885-2918. After the Jims Steakout Representative freezes your remaining balance, print out the Replacement Request Form, and mail the completed form along with the original purchase receipt to:
