JIM’S CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This JIM’S Card is issued by Jim’s Stekaout and may only be used for purchases at participating Jim’s Steakout restaurants. The available balance will be applied toward your purchase. We can only replace remaining balances on lost, stolen or damaged Cards if your Card is registered online at www.jimssteakout.com, and proof of purchase is provided. This Card never expires; we do not charge any fees of any kind. Currently, rewards points do not expire however, Jim’s Stekaout reserves the right to change this policy and will give customer’s one year notice on this website. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
JIM’S CARD POINTS EARNINGS
1. Points are earned for JIM’S menu items when a JIM’S Card is activated in any Jim’s Steakout location. Cards must be presented to the restaurant cashier to receive points.
2. Points are awarded by the penny. For example, a sale of $4.43 will earn the customer 4.43 points.
3. Rewards Points are not earned on sales tax, Cash Card purchases and reloads, coupon and register discount redemptions, or purchases made using Rewards Points.
4. Points will not be provided retroactively for past purchases.
5. Rewards Points cannot be transferred to other individuals.
JIM’S CARD POINTS REDEMPTIONS
1. Rewards Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for specific products based on the published reward structure.
2. Currently redeemable at all Jim’s Steakout restaurants.
GENERAL
1. Rewards Cards must be presented at the time of the order.
2. Jim’s Steakout reserves the right to terminate or modify terms under the Rewards Card Program at any time, by posting notice on this website no less than 60 days before enforcing or implementing such changes.
