What is a Jim’s Card?
A Jim’s Card is an electronic spending/gift card that can be purchased in any amount at all Jim’s Steakout restaurant locations. Jim’s Cards are reusable and reloadable so money can be added to Jim’s Cards at any time, making them a convenient way to pay for Jim’s Steakout menu items.Where can I use Jim’s Cards?
Jim’s Cards can be used at all Jim’s Steakout restaurant locations.If I forget my Jim’s Card and want to make a purchase, can I use my phone number, driver’s license or personal ID to make a purchase?
No. Jim’s Cards require the same level of security as credit cards as they contain cash balances. Accordingly, we currently require that Cards be presented at the time of purchase.
Is there any charge for using my Jim’s Card like cash?
No. This is a no-fee service that is offered to Jim’s Steakout customers as a convenient way to pay for their favorite Jim’s Steakout menu items.Do cash balances on Jim’s Cards expire? Are there fees or penalties if I don't use my card frequently?
Cash balances on Jim’s Cards do not expire nor decrease over time due to non-use, nor are there any fees or penalties for inactivity.
Can I still use my old Jim’s Steakout Gift Card?
Yes. The old Jim’s Steakout Gift Cards with the red and blue lettering will work the same as a Jim’s Card.What is the Jim’s Card Rewards Program?
In the Rewards Card Program, customers earn one (1) point for every dollar spent on Jim’s Steakout menu items. The points can then be redeemed for free menu items. Points are awarded by the penny. For example, a sale of $4.43 will earn the customer 4.43 points.How can I earn Rewards Points?
Rewards Points are automatically calculated and added to your account at the time of purchase. You must present your Jim’s Card at the time of purchase in order to earn Points. In the event the Jim’s Steakout location is unable to load Rewards Points onto your card due to technical issues, you may mail in your receipt to have them added. Complete the Request Form for Rewards Points and then mail it, along with your original receipt(s), to the address provided on the form.Can Rewards Points be earned when a Jim’s Card is loaded with cash?
No, points are earned only when Jim’s Steakout menu items are purchased.What can I get with my Points?
Points can be redeemed for the following menu items:15 Points = Bag of Chips
20 Points = Taco in a Bag, Cookie or Regular Drink
30 Points = French Fries or Onion Rings
45 Points = 6" Sub or Salad
55 Points = 8" Hoagie
65 Points = 12" Sub or 12" Hoagie
75 Points = 20 Boneless Wings or 8 Finger Dinner
How long will Rewards Points last?
Currently, Reward Points do not expire. Jim’s Steakout reserves the right to change this policy and will give customers one year notice.How do I check my balance(s) and activity on my Jim’s Card?
You can check your Jim’s Card Cash or Point balance by:Remaining points are printed on your receipt. You could also visit any Jim’s Steakout restaurant and have a cashier swipe your card at the cash register. Or, you can visit www.JimsSteakout.com
Do I need to purchase another Jim’s Card if I use up the amount on the Card?
No. The Jim’s Card is reusable and reloadable so you can add money to the existing Card at any time and use it as a convenient method of payment at all Jim’s Steakout locations.Why should I register my Jim’s Card?
By registering your Jim’s Card you can help protect the balance remaining on your Card if it is ever lost or stolen. Register on-line at www.jimssteakout.com.If I register, will my privacy be protected?
Yes. We do not share your information with any third party or affiliate companies.My Jim’s Card was stolen, lost or damaged, what do I do?
Cash and Rewards cards should be treated as CASH. Unless the card is registered at www.jimssteakout.com, we will not replace the points you may have earned or the cash value on a lost card. If your Card is registered, we will freeze the remaining unused balance and a replacement Card will be issued.To freeze the remaining unused balance on your Jim’s Card, call Jim’s Steakout corporate office during normal business hours at 716-885-2918. After the Jim’s Steakout Representative freezes your remaining balance, print out the Replacement Request Form, and mail the completed form along with the original purchase receipt to:
